Autumn Circles

The title of this quilt does not match the season, but the colors do :-). For this circle quilt I used a discharged commercial fabric as background with a strip of Ugandan bark cloth on top of it. The circles are made from my own hand dyed fabrics.

As all my circle quilts, the size is 12"x24" and as it is Friday, I am linking this post to Nina-Marie's Off the Wall Friday. Don't forget to check what the other artists did this week.

Wil, I like everything about this. The color palette, the circles, the movement...it's wonderful!

Hi, Wil. A beautiful piece, but beyond visual pleasure there's a coincidence. I just posted about "two" and your two circles have me thinking further about the possibilities of that number.
best, nadia

I've enjoyed watching the variety possible when playing with a simple shape.

Wil, I love your circles! I just went back and looked at all the other circle quilts you've made.

I totally agree that circles can be addictive, and there are always more ideas for the next one!
