This is the 2nd week of the SAQA auction and again I was lucky:-). I placed the winning bid for this quilt called 'Fruit' created by Carol Howard Donati. When you check out her other work, you will notice that she uses those plastic thingies more often.

Wil, I met Carol at the Denver conference in 2011; she's another crazy Canuck, like me. :-) Those 'thingies' are what we use up here to close bread bags. And other bags (sometimes fruit)...Carol recycles them beautifully, don't you think? :-)

Ik heb die plastic sluitingen ook al eens bij anderen gezien. Zelf heb ik een zak vol maar durf ze nu niet meer te gebruiken.
