One of last week's shopping trips was to
Gruber's Quilt Shop, the most fabulous quiltshop I know. As usual I could find some b/w fabric to add to my stash :-)). This and batiks are the only commercial fabrics I buy. Here is a picture of some of them:
When I was there I also wandered into the yarn department and found some lovely yarn. Okay during the day the temperature was in it's 80's, not exactly the temperature to think about scarves :-), but in one evening I knitted this one - using needles size 17:

Pretty fabrics I love black and whites.
Nice fabrics! I think it is amazing what a little black and white can do for your quilt.
